very precious little dog. adopted in November. Teeth taken care of - had to pull 11 - in great health. Loves humans but does not get along with small children. I have to take care of grandchildren so this is not working. Loves to walk and be outside and would be best with a fenced yard and daily walks. Loves to bark and play with toys. Does not shed. She really is a love and it breaks my heart to have to part with her.

* Please apply online at www.6dogrees.com by doing so you will get a response quicker. Meet Wookie! I am the love child of Yoda and Chewbacca. I am a hero dog for the medical dogs of 6dogrees Rescue! Meaning my fee will go towards sponsoring the the surgery of my friend Taffy's broken leg. I am an adorable 10 pound, 2-year old boy - and I will steal your heart! I am Brussels griffon mix.1 My adoption fee is $650. A nice rescue, saved me and my foster family is showing me lots of love. I am a adorable, low shedding, and a easy going happy boy. I think dog toys are pretty cool. I love to go for walks and hang out with my people.I like to snuggle and sleep under the covers- I could be your best buddy and walking friend. I like the other dogs of the house, but don't really play with them - I like people more. I am learning quickly about potty training, and let me foster family know when I need to go outside and I know how to use potty pads.I am crate trained, and I am low-shedding - and need to be groomed every 8 weeks to make sure that I stay pretty. I like snuggling with the other dogs, and get along great with the cats of the house too. My foster family think I am a doll. I will need a fully fenced yard, and I am hoping that I find a family that has a dog that I can be friends with. I know how to make people smile. I cannot be placed in a home with children under 12 years of age. My adoption fee is $650. My adoption fee will go to save other dogs at the high-kill shelters in California and is fully tax deduction (my Rescue, 6dogrees Rescue is a 501c3), and will provide a donation receipt. I am fostered North of Seattle, and if interested please submit an online adoption application at www.6dogrees.com and we will review and get back to you promptly. An adoption application must be filled out for all inquiries and prior to a meet and greet. We will review and respond to applications, not all applications will necessarily be approved for a meet and greet. Home check prior to adoption approval. Adoption fee include: Neuter or spay, microchip, current vaccines (DA2PP, rabies, bordatella) de-worming, flea treatment, and heart worm testing. We also include a 15 minute training consultation with a certified behaviorist trainer and 30-day pet insurance. 6dogrees Rescue is a small passionate Seattle based 501c3 non-profit charitable organization that focuses on saving the lives of urgent dogs on their last hours at high kill shelters from the state of California where pet overpopulation is at epidemic levels and kill shelters are the norm. 100% of all fees collected are spent on the dogs, we 'Save it forward'; so each time a dog is adopted we are allowed to save another. Adoption fees are non-negotiable and are in place to allow thorough care for the dogs. 6dogrees adoptions are limited to residents of Washington State. (Less)

Brussels Griffon Dogs can make good pets in Washington if they match your IifestyIe. The Brussels Griffon is a pouty toy dog that resembles a miniature Boxer. The Griffon is similar in temperament to a terrier. Brussels Griffons are peppy and can be somewhat high strung but are very cheerful and companionable. Griffons are demanding, need to be the center of attention, and can be quite spoiled. Griffons do fine with older children. A Brussels Griffon can do fine living in an apartment with daily walks and exercise.
